1. Appearance damage:

Show photos/videos of damage (e.g. cracks, dents)

Photos/videos of the inside and outside of the package

2. Some product functions cannot be used:

Pictures/videos of abnormal functions that cannot be used normally (e.g. battery installation, power connection, electronic products still cannot be used, etc.)

3. Goods out of stock:

Pictures/videos of the number of packages and items received to clearly show missing details

Confirm the shipping documents in the package

The actual total weight of the package measured on the scale is also shown.

4. I received the wrong item:

Received package, physical photo/video

Screen capture of an item purchased from the in-app seller's store

If the product size/weight is wrong, please use the measurement tool to measure the difference photo

5. Buying fake goods:

Received package, physical photo/video

Documents and photographs of the appearance of the goods attached to the package

Screenshots of original product/official website/other documents (such as product serial number, trademark, official website picture, etc.)
